Recipes from Aunt Flora -- Annie's Pumpkin Pie Cake

There is no picture of this recipe included this week. Partly because I forgot to take one, but mostly because it was such a mess that it almost bears no relation to this slightly more organized one. I'll have to get feedback on what it tastes like when I drop it off to the guinea pigs.

Cousin Annie’s Pumpkin Pie Cake

Ingredients:
Box of Yellow Cake Mix
2 sticks of Margarine
3 Eggs
1 can Libby Pumpkin Pie Mix
1 can of Evaporated Milk
White Sugar
Cinnamon

Directions:

Open box of yellow cake mix, empty into 4 cup measuring container, stir to remove lumps. Reserve half of the mix.

Combine ½ cup margarine, 1 egg, and half of the cake mix.
Press in 9x13 cake pan. (Will be hard to spread)
Mix 1 can Libby Pumpkin Pie Mix, 2 eggs, and 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
Mix until smooth and pour over mix in pan.
Take remaining cake mix and add ¼ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and ¼ cup margarine (softened).
Combine well with a fork and sprinkle over pumpkin mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
